The Marttiini Presentation Fillet Knife is a 6 inch bladed filleting knife that is hand ground from European Stainless Steel. A 6 inch blade is the perfect size blade for 90% of filleting situations.

- Please note - Between the blade and the handle is a copper fitting which may look like it has blemishes, however this is the natural look in which the marttini knife is meant to look like, so this is not a defect.
